Aurovine was built to accomplish the need for a fairer way to buy and sell music online with both artists and fans having ultimate control.
Many of the current online music platforms (iTunes, Spotify, We7) are fairly well received by consumers but not so much by artists and labels. In short they partially exist to make money at the expense of the creative element.
Aurovine circumvents this problem by enabling consumers to stream, download & buy music on their own terms. Artists control the degree of empowerment given to fans. More importantly our AVMS (Aurovine viral marketing system) creates a positive dialogue in the new online social space.
Technology can help us achieve the panacea of a global growth which enriches people’s communication and consumption.
We use proprietary code and IP. It is a fundamental principle that control must be at the hands of the artists and fans. We merely facilitate this exchange of information.
Our society is in the middle of an online social revolution and we feel the time is right to both empower fans with advanced ways of listening and interacting with music (Empowering them) and at the same time allow artists to be rewarded ethically for the content they choose to divulge. The worldwide market for music is huge and in the UK alone consumers spent £155.8m in the first quarter of 2012 (55.5% of this total was from the growing digital market). Aurovine's market is worldwide, so only a tiny fraction of that market share would be enough to drive the success of our company.
Aurovine is already trading and generating revenue for artists. Our development and marketing plans need investment to allow us to scale the business speedily and successfully.
